VMWare 3 vs. Parallels 5

I've been using Fusion with the version 1. Now, before updating to version 3, I'm just wondering about the differences between Fusion and Parallels.

Which one do you think is better, considering I'm not using it for games, just for programming (Visual Studio, preatty heavy projects)?
