I have installed window xp sp2 using boot camp and i'm able to run window perfectly when i run it at boot up...

the problem is when i try running

my boot camp parition from vmware fusion 1.1.1 it seems that on starting up to the window xp desktop the virtual machine is unable to load up my window icon or startup bar..... the only thing that appears is the wallpaper

i have tried reinstalling many times but there's no use....can someone please help me solve this problem....
