VMWare Fusion.. Resizes window to fit on my screen

I want my VMWare screen to be 1024x768 always. But Because of how I have my Dock, VMWare resizes the screen to fit just so perfectly on my MBP 1440x900 screen. So Windows is like 1024x740 or w/e.

I am running very specific apps that have to be run in 1024x768.

How Do I tell VMWare Fusion or Windows XP to Not auto resize this?
