VMWare Fusion v11 and v12 downloads?

I have a machine that can only run up to Monterey so I can't run v13 that's offered through the Broadcom website. Has anyone figured out how to get downloads of v12 or v11? I have a license key for v11 I purchased a while ago, but can't find a download.

The Internet Archive has https://archive.org/details/vmware-fusion-12.1.1-17801503. Maybe others.

You will, I think, need to download VMTools as well.
