Ok, I just got this installed and is working great. But how do I reduce the whole windows screen so it is not filling up my entire 20 imac.

Change the resolution of your virtual WIndows machine by right clicking on the Windows desktop and go into the display settings.

command-control-enter cycles between full screen and windowed mode.

if you are in windowed mode you can drag the virtual machine window by the bottom right corner to resize, like (all?) OS X apps.

or you can go to the "view" menu at the top of the screen to change between full screen and windowed.
