VMWare slow and the cursor not working

I tried to run Windows on VMWare but it took so long time just loading the Window, and then the cursor doesn't move.

Also I noticed that VMWare seems fazy and not clear like Parallels. How can I fix this?

Also whenever I download something for Windows it automatically downloads and opens it in Parallel. How can I make it do it for VMWare instead?
