VMWare - WiFi not appearing on XP

When I go to Network Connections on Windows XP, only the Local Area Connection comes up, no Wireless connection, also there's no wireless sign at the bottom right of the screen. I'm using VMWare Fusion on the newest Macbook Pro.

XP home Or Pro?

Home lacks certain functionality when it comes to networking, pro has it all built in.

Also check your router security, remember that if you are using 5GHZ Windows is blind

Did you try to reinstall the VMware Tools (menu -> Virtual Machine -> Install VMware Tools) + restart xp after that? What OSX version are you running?
