From work (an iMac), I connect to my home machine, another iMac, via VNC. However, on my iMac at home, I have an external screen connected, and I can only see the iMac's screen when I connect to it. Is there a way (using spaces maybe?) that I can swap from one screen to another on my remote home iMac so I can see the entire desktop?

The Screensharing app in Leopard (which is basically VNC) can handle dual screens (I use a similar setup myself), and is probably the best way to go.

However, if you want to use another VNC client then your main screen will generally be on port 5900 and the second screen on 5901. You simply need to create two connections and you should be in business (provided your router has both ports forwarded).
