VNC Clipboard problem

VNC Viewer 5.1.1 from Windows 2008 Server (also tested from Win7 laptop)

Folks

I'm using realvnc to remote into my Mac and everything works except for clipboard. I cannot copy/paste to/from the Mac. Any ideas on how to get this to work? It's enabled in settings. I see some other threads complaining of this but no solution

Also, has there been any RDP server available for the MAC?
