VNC from Mac to PC using a "iTeleport" type app

Hi, i'm wondering if anyone knows of a os x vnc app that works like iTeleport, meaning, one that uses the gmail account to remote in?

I currently can remote into my PC from my iphone (and all my macs) and would like to do that from os x. I use back to my mac for "mac to mac..."

Any thoughts would be appreciated..

I prefer using TeamViewer, which works with Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Ubuntu, iPhone, iPad, etc. It's very secure and quite simple to set up and use.
