Chicken of the VNC is the only one I know of. Its a capable product and I use it w/o any problems or hassles.

The Finder Top Bar should habe something like:
Go to -> Connect to server*
There you just type something like: vnc://192.168.178.20

*In german it is "Gehe zu" -> "Mit Server verbinden"
