Hi,

I tried Teleport VNC for the iPhone and I love it.
I was able to remote control my mac and my dad's PC over the local area network.

Now I figured there must be some sort of desktop equivalent ...
Can you guys suggest one?

In other words, I'd like to be able to remote control pretty much all PCs and Mac's on the network ... with their permission of course.

Thanks in advance.

Try Teamviewer (available from www.teamviewer.com), it work's really well over the internet (it tunnels a VNC session through their servers, so no messing about with NAT and firewall settings) and is cross platform.

Or any VNC server will do if installed on a machine, you can then use a VNC client on any other platform (even your iPhone!)
