VNC to Mac OS X from Windows

Hello boys and Girls,

So I can VNC from my Mac to my Windows Vista box using Chicken of the VNC, but using RealVNC to VNC to my Mac with the VNC ARD thing enabled just doesn't work. Gives an "incompatible version" error.

Can anyone give me the definitive guide to VNC'ing from my Vista box to my MacOSX machine.
