.VOB files merge into one?

is there a software already in my mbpr that allows for .VOB files to merge. if not, would something like http://www.aimersoft.com/edit-video/merge-vob.html detailed in

be recommended?

MPEG Streamclip (freeware) can input .VOB. Sorry I'm not sure if it can merge multiple .VOBs though.

Reviews are either really good or really bad for that app.
