VOB to MPG convertor?

Anyone know of any good software to convert a ripped .vob file to an mpeg 2 file to be imported into DVD Studio?

Also, I have some VCDs that I would like to combine into one or two DVDs. Is there an app to rip VCDs to my mac and get them into DVD Studio?
 
if you have the entire VIDEO_TS folder you can use DVDxDV to convert it to any compression you want. Search for it on VersionTracker. It is not free.
