After two Apple rejection the iPhone/iPad app Vocal Search is finally out. It's available on the AppStore Vocal Search

Vocal Search is the Fast, Accurate and Smart way to search online content on your iPhone™ using your voice. The browser is based on touch gestures. Swipe left or right to show the previous or the next page.
