Vocal: split channels

Hi I got a CD that is going to be used for a performance. It has vocals on one channel and music on the right I would like to burn a CD with the music only. Is there any program that can do this automatically because there are 90 tracks and I do not want to do each track on its own. I would like a free program. Thanks

I just tried doing it manualy but.... when you add it back into itunes itunes puts a 1/2 second gap between songs which is also there when you burn it (yes i have the gap in the prefs set to non) Sooo since each song is split into many tracks (ie one song is about 10 tracks) this will not work....soo i need this program to be able to burn as well(without gaps)
