I have a lot of lecture classes voice recorded to my iphone. But when I sync it and it auto back ups The new voice memos do not appear on itunes in my mac. What can I do to sync the new voice memo's
 
In iTunes, when you plug your phone, in its settings under music, there is a checkbox to include voice memos in the syncing.
 
Sort iTunes music folder by date added and see if they're there. Maybe you're unclear on the names of the files. Or search for "voice memos", if your system is not English though, they can be listed under the translated term. The artist is the name you gave to the iPhone. Check the iTunes folder as well to see if they're there.

its my fault it mixed september 2010 up with september 2011 How can i rearrange them by date?
