Vodafone ad complaint

I would like to complain about one of the ads making the rounds at the moment. It features a "roll over to view" feature which expands to take up a good portion of the top of the site, preventing navigation.

There does not seem to be any way to contract it like most invasive advertisements. It also has some bugs in it which causes it to sometimes get stuck in a continuos loop of expanding and contracting.

Since it sits between the site and the browser controls I am constantly tripping the roll over accidentally.

The ad was supposedly removed, but it has now returned or a very similar ad has appeared. We don't know for certain if the link is the same.

That makes sense. I turned off all ad-blocking and have viewed more than a dozen threads, Forum Spy, User CP, etc., hoping to see that ad. I still don't see any ads. Where are they supposed to appear?

I can confirm the ad is still pointing to the same URL:

It was gone for a while but its definitely made a return.

We've put in word to have the new version of this ad removed.

You'd think Vodafone (or whoever arranges the specifics of the ads) would want to avoid the bad publicity over misbehaving ads.
