So I ring up last Friday at 8 to order an upgrade for me to the 5 and a new line for my wife also a 5.

I get through all ordered on a 12 month contract (as I'm not sure I will be living here this time next year).

Anyway all happy but was getting worried that on Thursday I hadn't heard anything.

So I rang and guy confirmed my order.

I walked in to store nothing there... Asked the store attendant she saw the notes that I ordered but nothing processed.

But when I rang supposedly all the Friday and Saturday orders had been cancelled. But the guy said he had some black 64gb in stock and he said he could guarantee to get me one in the next 2-4 working days. Awesome I thought!!!

Then I get home and recieve an email saying "out of stock" I ring back speak to a manager and he says not sure why I was told 2-4 working days... And then he said I would be placed on the back of the queue and that that would be 2-3 weeks... I mean WTF what sh&£y service is that

Has anybody else been through the same or are they lying to me????
