Vodafone UK Personal hotspot disabled?

Hi all,

since midnight the personal hotspot option disappeared from my iphone 4 (Vodafone UK). I even restarted it. Not there! As carrier it lists Vodafone 10.0 (the last I remembered was 9).
Does anyone have similar issues? May they just have sneaked an update onto my device and disabled personal hotspot?? :-(
