I recently switched carrier from O2 UK to Vodafone UK as they were doing a decent deal: Unlimited minutes/texts and 20GB data allowance per month with a full years free Spotify Premium subs.
I noticed that with Vodafone I could now enable wi-fi calling - but when I went into setting to enable it I'd get an error asking me to contact Vodafone. So I called Vodafone who then said they would enable this on my account - the rep advised he had done this and told me to switch my phone off/on after 30 minutes and then try to enable it in settings. I did this and still no luck - contacted them again and went through basic troubleshooting with no resolution at which point they then escalated this to their network team. The network team apparently resolved this but I still get the same error. I contacted Vodafone again went through all the TS again and then the escalation and still nothing. I then just changed the handset from an iPhone 6S+ 64GB to a 128GB model as I needed the extra storage - this eliminated any software or hardware issues and still nothing.
The only thing I can think of now is that it will not work for me because I am on the iOS 9.3 beta. Has anyone else got Vodafone UK wi-fi calling active and working and if so what software are you using?
