Voice chat over MSN using iPhone?

Anyone know of a trustworthy app that allows you to do this for free? I don't use MSN messenger at all, so I don't want to install any of the alternatives I've seen (some of which have negative reviews).

There's a free app called Video Messenger for MSN. It has audio call support as well.

I haven't tried it as I don't use MSN (just ran a search in the App Store for it).

It does have mostly 5 star reviews, so you may want to look into those.

Yeah, it looks promising, but the app store page says both users have to have it installed to work. I'm trying to help out a couple of very unsophisticated users set this up. They use their PCs to voice chat via MSN now, but one wants to use an iPhone instead. I'm wondering if there's a very simple app that is likely to work without any hitches or testing.
