I like the voice control feature. As far as I can tell though it only accepts music related commands. Anyone know a trick or
strategy to get it to work across the aboard for things like "Open email" or Open Safari", etc.?

On a related note, it would be nice if you didn't need to hold a button for 3 seconds to make it work. Defeats the whole concept of hands-free control.

Anyone else find voice control useful?

Thanks for that tip. It's a shame Apple didn't just go there themselves. The technology is obviously built in. Give me "Open" followed by any installed app name. It would also be great to have "Close" followed by any runnning app name. Email would have more options, such as "Email new" to start a new email, "Account #####" to access a specific email account. And so on.
