Voice Control issues with 2011 Prius

I've been having issues with voice control and bluetooth on my 2011 Prius.

I can use voicecontrol to stream iPod music, "Play songs by The Beatles" for example, but whenever I try to call a contact, Voice Control finds the contact but the call always fails.

Anyone have these issues or know a fix?
