Voice Control on iPhone 4?

I have seen some threads on the iPhone 4 having voice control. Is this an App of native to the iPhone. I have looked everywhere and can't find where you would activate it.

Build-in on iOS, just hold down your 'HOME' bottom...

theres 2 ways to activate the voice control. you can either hold the home button down and youll see the screen pop up or if you use the headset that came with the phone hold the answer/hang up button. its like a 3 count b4 it activates. hope this helps
