iPod touch Voice Control question

My ipod touch scrren broke but i have headphones that have a voice feature, is there an app I can download that gives me control over the ipod with only voice. Particularly playing music.
 
If you hold the home button down while on the home screen it brings up voice control; you just say "Play this song" or something.
