With all due respect Apple/Iphone is pretty bad with detecting voice control and getting it right. I've had google/android in the past and it much better. Apple always adds words other than what your saying. Anyone else notice this? IS apple working on improving the accuracy of voice control? Thanks

No respect is owed to them. So don’t worry about that.

And you are absolutely right. Sometimes Siri’s listening is a **** show. For example I’ve just said “Siri’s” and it takes it as “Siri is”. But then again, Siri is utter crap compared to all the other voice assistants IMO.

No matter what I say that is plural it will always take the singular and add “is” to the end. Absolute crap. I wish Siri was half as reliable as Alexa… in every way, to be fair, not just listening abilities. Can’t compare it to android as I don’t have any of those devices.

As to whether Apple are working on improving it or not, nobody knows. But I would assume not.

So I tried to post this on the official Apple forums but they removed it as not being constructive..lol.
Seriously I hope they are getting this feedback somehow/someway so to address and fix it. Voice control is the future and helpful.

Why would you assume not?

I would only assume not because the rate of improvement with Siri is almost stagnant compare to the others out there. It’s almost like it’s an afterthought these days. With their genuinely unlimited resources they could make Siri world-class and years ahead of its time, even with their increased privacy requirements, but they choose not to. Therefore I see no reason as to why they would improve Siri’s voice recognition.

I hear you but that makes no sense whatsoever from a business standpoint. There has to be a reason and you'd think a good one why there's been NO improvement other than just " not important". I think their smarter, and care, more than that.
