Voice/Data option not available on Verizon iPhone

OK so I went to the Verizon website to activate the HD calling feature yesterday. But still today when I look at the settings on my phone it still only gives me the slider to enable/disable LTE. I don't have the option to choose Voice/Data.

Any ideas whats wrong?
