Voice dialing on lockscreen bug - Still there?

Hey guys,

I was wondering did they fix this voice dialing bug?

I'm on iOS 4.2.1 and can't seem to replicate the bug. But still would like to confirm.

They patched this so you can't do it anymore with iOS 4.2.1. It was only 4.1 and 4.2 betas.
