Voice Dictation USA only?

I just noticed my Canadian purchased iPad 3 has no microphone icon on the keyboard...is this US only?!? Am I missing something?

Aw HELL NO! Dictation is a feature on apple.com/ipad but not apple.ca/ipad...Oh please no...

I'm in Canada. Mine has it.

When you set it up for the first time, it asks you if you want to enable dictation. Maybe you hit no?

The good news is that you do not need to get iPad 3 to dictate as there are a few free apps that allow you to do just that on iPad 2.

I was never asked about dictation, I'm 100% sure.

Found support document on apple..had to go into keyboards to enable it..phew, i was worried like hell for a second.
