Voice Mail bug

iPhone keep saying I have 2 voicemail but the red circle with the number 2 in it disappear soon after.
 
I haven't encountered this. When it disappeared, did you click the voicemail and see if new voicemail appear?
 
It only happens if I am on a different tab in the phone app. If I keep it on voicemail it never shows the red circle with the number 2.
