voice mail dissapeared

I have an iphone (first gen). Up until a week ago I had one voicemail on there from 11/07, and two on there from 10/08. Now they are gone. Does ATT automatically delete voicemail after a certain period? If so, why did the 11/07 VM stay on there so long?

Honestly I don't think they do that. Have you tried calling into voicemail and checking it that way?

Huh, all my voicemail from before December also disappeared. I had some since August and I never lost them before now. Any idea why?

Weird because when i go check i get a "Cannot Connect to Voicemail" screen, which I have NEVER seen before.

Same thing here. All voicemails from before December are gone

same here. i *thought* visual voicemail was supposed to keep your message indefinitely but i guess not?

im with rogers up in canada.
