Voice Memo, does it sync with Mac?

Doe the voice memo recoding sync with Mac? If so, do you know where it is?

yes, they go in your itunes library.

Even when I uncheck the "sync voice memo box," my voice memos sync into iTunes music.
Also, deleting the voice memo on the iPhone does not seem to delete from iTunes.
They all then remain in iTunes until manually deleted
