Voice Memos are grayed out after iCloud Restore

So I restored my iPhone from an iCloud backup I made recently, everything restored except my voice memos? I see them there with the titles I gave them and the length of each voice memo but they're all grayed out?

What happend? Did I just lose all my voice memos? Why is it grayed out...

Someone please help :eek:
