Voice Memos: enhancement doesn't apply to exports

When exporting a Voice Memo (e.g. to Google Drive), the enhancement (wand) filter does not apply (confirmed via null test). Reported to Apple. Additionally advise?

It seems to just be a playback filter that only applies to the Voice Memos app. I don't see any documentation at Apple that would indicate otherwise…although the word "edit" and the fact that the trimmer works destructively might lead one to think so.

I don't have any third-party recommendations.
