Voice Memos not synching to MBP from iPhone or iPad

The voice memos recorded from my iPhone (IOS15.2) don't synch to my MBP (10.15.7).
The problem is located specifically on the MBP as they synch normally to my iPad and to my other Mac Mini (also 10.15.7).

Voice memos is turned ON in iCloud.
I have tried turning OFF and ON again.
MBP was rebooted yesterday.

Any suggestion before I call Apple support and they ask me to rebuild my Mac from scratch like they always do?

Issue resolved with the following procedure:

– Re-boot MBP
- Force quit Voice Memos
- Deactivate Voice Memos from iCloud synching
- Start Voice Memos
- After about 1 minute, force quit Voice Memos again
- Re-activate Voice Memos for iCloud synching
- Start Voice Memos and after a few seconds it started to synch.

I am not sure what did it.
