So I was checking my mobile data usage today and found that the Voice Memos app has used 4.7G of mobile data.
I checked it with my carrier and in their app it showed a spike in data usage on 13th Oct (Last Sunday), so this occurred when my 11 Pro was running iOS 13 beta 2.

I was angry of course, but since it had used 4.7G to sync my voice recordings to my phone without any notice, ok I then checked my voice memos library on my phone and guess what, it was empty, no files. Weird?

Already turned off the mobile data permission of voice memos and submitted a feedback to Apple, just writing to let you know be careful with voice memos.

PS:
Another confusing behavior which has bugged me since maybe iOS 12 was that the Photos app, with mobile data turned off, when the phone is NOT in LOW POWERED mode and (in iOS 13) LOW DATA MODE turned OFF, it still automatically sync new photos and videos taken using cellular data. Very confusing.
