Voice message automatically sent without option to preview

Is there a preview option before sending Voice messages through text? Sending when releasing the recording button is new for me .. I'd like to preview the voice message before sending.

Ooofff.

Tap the icon and speak. Tap when done, then you can preview.

Or

Press and hold will record then send immediately.
