Just got the new 6S+ this morning and first call I made the sound quality was dramatically improved over anything I ever experienced on AT&T. I didn't think this phone had any difference in the call quality so not sure what's causing this. Anyone else with a similar experience and is there a reason for it?

AT&T HD Voice?

I have voice over LTE enabled on my iP6+, and when someone with AT&T iPhone calls me (and has it enabled), it's extremely clear quality. This has been working for quite a while.

This week I've been able to use VOLTE for the first time (NY), and every call I've made the other person on the line was complaining that they couldn't hear me. Not sure how good it is.

When i changed to a s6 phone called improved dramatically over all the iPhones I have owned. my bluetooth headset was better I was always getting customers that could not hear me I don't get that now.

Could be you are on a 700 mhz tower and network. that would make the call quality better as well
