Voice Recorder App Goes Away on 3G S

Hey guys,

I have a question. I've got my iPhone 3G S (waiting for activation though...ugh) and I've restored the phone from a backup I made of my old iPhone 2G 3.0 software. Well, after restoring it from that, the new Voice Recorder app from Apple dissapeared. Has anyone had this happen to them?! Thanks.

EDIT: Never mind, it just reappeared....very weird!
