Apps Voice recording app on watch?

Whats the best app for recording voice on the watch. I want to use the watch mic. It can record to either on the watch or to the phone.
I'd also like to start recording and go to another screen or app.

With just press record I can record from my watch and go back to watch home screen or another watch app?

I do not know about recording in the background, but Evernote has the ability to record directly a voice note on the wathc. If there is a time limit to the notes length, I haven't reached it yet.
