voicemail/facetime issues

hello all, had my number ported today. everything seemed to be ok however when i use facetime, it shows the temporary number in the caller id when i call someone and not my actual number that was ported.

also, when trying to set up my voicemail i get an error that says "Voicemail Unavailable. Unable to Initiate Connection"

Tried calling at&t but they had no idea what was wrong and told me to try to go to the store, absolutely no help at all consiering the store is closed....

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? thanks

Reboot the phone and give it some time to reprovision. Could take 24-48 hours. Best of luck and enjoy your new iphone.

I had the same issue with the wife's voicemail. even though when I ordered the new phone and chose the data plan. it did not get going on her account. When I called I found she had no data plan. it is an easy fix just use att's app and add it.
