First things first: I have a 3GS on AT&T, not jailbroken, with 3.1.
I had the hacked carrier file (5.1) with no problems, until yesterday when I downloaded the official one (5.5). I rebooted my phone after that (and Have done so several times since, too) but for some reason I am now having voicemail issues. It will pop up and ask me for my voicemail password randomly, both in the voicemail section of the Phone app and in places hat have nothing to do with voicemail, such as the Messages app or when I unlock the phone. Putting in an incorrect password or just hitting cancel just makes the screen go away, leading me to believe that it's caused by some sort of bug.
Also, voicemails can be left, but I'm never notified of them. Earlier today I turned my phone on and had a badge on the voicemail icon with no number in it. No voicemails, no missed calls, just a blank badge that went away after a minute.
I know that people with hacked carrier files had problems with voicemail, but I never had any issues until I got the official update. I'd just like to know if anyone else was having the same problems, I guess.
