Voicemail notofications on Unlocked Iphones with NON AT&T

Hey guys,

Just had a quick question, since visual voicemail doesn't work on non AT&T phones.. does the iphone show you a notification of a new voicemail message? (Like regular phones.. not visual voicemail itself). I'm on a voice only plan so all i really care about is the notification. I'll call in myself. Thanks.

Hey buddy, thanks for the heads up. Do you know what settings are required for AT&T at all? I'm on AT&T voice only plan and don't intend on using data. Thanks.
