voicemail on iphone 4not working after 4.3.1 + pwnagetool?

I have the 1.59 baseband, and for some reason my voicemail isn't showing up anymore. Also not getting half of the missed calls. Anyone else experience this, and is there a fix for it? I've also installed ultrasn0w 1.2.2 if that makes any difference...

Try resetting Network Settings, or pop the sim tray out and put it back in.
