Today I tried to check my voicemail, only to discover "Voicemail Unavailable"
"could not authorize access".
I tried a solution from an archived thread which suggested resetting network settings, then calling a long string of numbers, then the screen would flash and it'd be fixed. Well that didn't work for me. I can access my VM the usual way by calling my own number and entering my password.
on top of all this, when my voicemail was working I have to set up as new every time I try to access it. After i set it up I could see my old vm's then if I close it, and go back in it says "Set up now".. even though I set it up one minute ago.
I am with Telus in Canada, and I am frustrated!
