Hi there,
I’m on T-Mobile and am running into some voicemail woes. My wife is constantly getting error messages from callers that her voicemail is full. When I contacted T-Mobile they told me the limit is 45 messages. During the call I checked and I personally had well over 70 messages. When I told him that he said there must be some automatic way the iPhone is offloading them from the server to the iPhone. I don’t do anything manually except play the messages. He told me I only had 7 messages on voicemail.
Does anyone know the mechanics of how voicemails transfer from being on T-Mobile’s servers to being only on the iPhone. She moved over from AT&T where it would tell her when it filled up and this is something T-Mobile doesn’t seem to know how to do.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!
