Have helped a couple family members today with iPhone 5's. Restored both from backup of iPhone 4. Both had most voicemails lost. Just a couple sporadic ones are on the new iPhone. Each had a couple dozen old voicemails lost. Some we'd really like to have saved on new phone. Any help with this before I wipe the old phones clean? Thanks!!

Just read the printed instructions in my box.

It says to clear all voicemails BEFORE activating. Same as last two upgrades we have done.

Use Google Voice.

In all seriousness, it blows visual voicemail out of the water.

My voicemails on ATT are still there. Takes a sec to get the prompt to put my code in the first time, but other than that, there as usual after an upgrade.

Definitely didn't see any instructions. Damn. Any options to recover them after the fact? They're still on the iPhone 4's, but I'd like to restore those to factory default tonight.
