Voicemails received only come in Text messages

Ok this is going to be hard to explain but I stopped getting audio voicemails but instead now get text messages of what the person left me in the recording.

How can I stop getting text messages and start getting actual audio voicemail?

Please help this is making my job miserable....

Call your provider they will sort it.
